3BALLMTY, a escaso un año de que se diera a conocer masivamente, ha logrado cosechar innegables éxitos con lo cual, sus tres integrantes, están siendo reconocidos a nivel mundial y los ojos de todos están puestos en cada una de las actividades que realizan.

ERICK RINCON, DJ OTTO y SHEEQO BEAT han obtenido ya Disco de Platino en Estados Unidos y Oro en México, y han permanecido por espacios de varias semanas en el primer lugar de las listas de Billboard en el vecino país del norte, así como en las de Monitor Latino en toda la República Mexicana. Actualmente ostentan el sitio de honor en diferentes países de Centro América.

Los chicos (18 y 19 años), oriundos de Monterrey, México, están rompiendo con todos los cánones establecidos a través de su música, convirtiéndose en los líderes del movimiento tribal y trascendiendo fronteras, ya que lo mismo se presentan en México que en Estados Unidos o Europa, siempre con ‘casa llena’.

En las redes sociales sus videos y conciertos tienen un promedio de más de cuatro millones y medio de visitas.  Se posicionaron  en primer lugar de ventas de iTunes tanto con el álbum como el sencillo INTENTALO.

Se presentarán por segunda ocasión en los Premios Billboard (el año pasado tuvieron una actuación especial en Premios Billboard de la Musica  Mexicana), el próximo 26 de abril y un día antes participarán en un panel en el que hablarán del movimiento que está revolucionando: El Tribal Guarachero.

El recién pasado año fueron reconocidos en medios internacionales especializados en música, tales como el diario británico The Guardian, las revistas Vice, The Fader, Rolling Stone.

Además, Mark Kamins, quien ha trabajado a lado de Madonna, clasificó a ERICK RINCON de 3BALLMTY como el próximo fenómeno de la música mundial… 

“El próximo fenómeno de la música mundial es el mexicano Erick Rincón, acaba de ser firmado …y con su Tribal Botas Picudas conquistará a varios países “, comentó en entrevista al periódico El Universal (publicada el 31/07/2011),  MARK KAMINS,  DJ estadounidense. 3BALLMTY lo ha flechado por completo… “la tecnocumbia es una de las cosas más cool que he escuchado y va a ser un éxito, es underground todavía, pero si se entra a buscar su video, se encuentra con que tiene dos millones de visitas”, comenta Kamins.

También fueron entrevistados por la Revista Billboard, para publicar un reportaje totalmente en inglés, titulado “Get On Your Boots”.

Realizaron un remix para Shakira de su tema RABIOSA y con Paulina Rubio colaboraron en la remezcla de ME GUSTAS TANTO.

Iniciaron gira por la Unión Americana, presentándose en el evento “La Gran Fiesta Viva los Dodgers”, compartiendo escenario con el cantante de banda Lupillo Rivera y Nortec Colective.

El prestigiado diario New York Times les dedicó una página completa, algo inusual para un artista nuevo no americano.

Entre las participaciones más destacadas que tendrán en este 2012 en México, está el Festival de Acapulco y la Fiesta de la Radio los días 18 y 19 de abril, en el Estadio Azteca.

3BallMTY Continues To Make Music History

At only a few months of its commercial release, 3BALLMTY has skyrocketed to stardom and international recognition.

ERICK RINCON, DJ OTTO y SHEEQO BEAT have reached Platinum record status in the U.S. and Gold in Mexico, topping Billboard’s music chart for several weeks and repeating the same feat on Mexico’s Monitor Latino music charts and in Central America.

The young (18 and 19 year olds), Monterrey, Mexico natives’, music is breaking barriers and trespassing borders, leading the ‘tribal music movement’, performing at capacity venues in Mexico, the United States and Europe.

Social network darlings 3BALLMTY is averaging more than four million views of their videos and have topped iTunes sales charts with their breakthrough single album and single INTENTALO.

The trio is set to perform for a second time at Billboard Latin Music Awards on April 26^th in Miami, in addition to participating on a panel discussion on the groundbreaking musical movement: Tribal Guarachero.

Just last year 3BALLMTY was recognized by international music media on British newspaper The Guardian, Vice, The Fader, and Rolling Stone magazine.

In addition, Mark Kamins credited for working with Madonna, considers 3BALLMTY’s Erick Rincon as the next music phenomenon.  “The next worldwide music phenomenon is the Mexican Erick Rincon who just signed … with his Tribal Botas Picudas he is poised to conquer several countries,” stated the American DJ during an interview with Mexican newspaper El Universal last summer.

Completely captivated by 3BALLYMTY‘s sound… “the tecnocumbia is one of the most cool sounds that I’ve  heard recently and it will be a success, it is still underground, but if you search for videos you will learn that it has well over  two million views”, adds Kamins.

Also, 3BALLMTY was recently interviewed by Billboard Magazine that is set to publish a story titled ”Get on Your Boots”.

The collective keeps busy creating music remixes for super star acts such as Shakira’s RABIOSA and Paulina Rubio’s ME GUSTAS TANTO.

On U.S. tour, they’ve performed at “La Gran Fiesta Viva los Dodgers”, sharing the stage with Regional Mexican star Lupillo Rivera and Nortec Colective.

The New York Times recently featured 3BALLMTY a ground breaking accomplishment for a Latin artist.
