Ante más de 150,000 personas, los artistas de Universal Music dijeron presente para apoyar al gobierno mexicano con el fin de atraer el turismo a la Ciudad de México, que sufrió una caída de ocupación a causa del reciente brote de la gripe A.
Entre los artistas que prestaron su voz para tal evento se econtraba David Bisbal, quien además de interpretar éxitos como "Ave María", puso a todos a vibrar al invitar al cantante mexicano Pedro Fernández a cantar dos canciones, incluyendo "El Rey". "¡Qué mejor que compartir de nuevo este escenario con tu mariachi, en tu tierra, que es México!", expresó

Otra de las estrellas que deleitó a todos fue Nelly Furtado, quien entonó "Manos al aire", primer sencillo de su disco en español "Mi plan". Dicho disco saldrá al mercado a nivel mundial el próximo 14 de septiembre de 2009.
El dúo de la historia, "Wisin & Yandel" cerraron la noche presentando por primera vez parte de su show de "La Revolución". La gira empieza en México este próximo 6 de agosto.

Over 150,000 people gathered last night at the Paseo de la Reforma to support Mexico City in its efforts to bring back tourism to the city after the H1N1 flu that attacked the city a few months ago. Universal Music artists lent their voices during this mega concert to show their support as well.
Amongst the artists were David Bisbal, who not only performed some of his greatest hits, such as Ave Maria, but delighted everyone by inviting Mexican mariachi and pop singer – Pedro Fernandez to sing two songs, including the ever popular “El Rey”.
Colombian pop singer Fanny Lu brought her flavor and rhythm by making everyone dance to her smash hits “Tu No Eres Para Mi” and “Celos” – two crowd favorites that night.
International super star Nelly Furtado, took the stage to interpret for the first time music from her upcoming Spanish language album – Mi Plan- including MANOS AL AIRE- first single.
Finally, it was Wisin & Yandel’s turn to take the stage, bringing their unmistakable beats and rhythms and making every single person dance to their music. This is the first show in support of their world tour La Revolución, which began last week in Central America.
