Miami, FL (Nov. 17, 2008) – The Colombian singer/song writer, Fanny Lu, continues to conquer Colombia with her latest single “TU NO ERES PARA MI” holding on tight to the NUMBER ONE spot on all of Colombian national radio lists for EIGHT consecutive weeks.
Arriving to Cartagena on Sunday from her preceding trip to Puerto Rico, where she was working on promoting the release of her upcoming new album, Fanny Lu will perform today, Monday, at the Miss Colombia Pageant Final Gala. Her performance, along with the crowning of the next Miss Colombia to represent in Miss Universe, will be broadcast LIVE from Cartagena on the Colombian channel RCN at 8:30pm. With this performance, the singer from Cali will consolidate the impact she’s had on radio being that the national transmission of this annual event paralyzes Colombia from coast to coast. Ms. Colombia’s National Beauty Pageant, with over 70 years of existence and recognized today as the most important event of its kind in the country, has become an institution with international projection and of great importance.
