Asimismo, con su nuevo disco, GRAN CITY POP, la cantante mexicana Paulina Rubio sigue #1 en las listas Pop de ventas que pública la revista Billboard. Igualmente, el tema sigue NUMERO UNO en radio del pais.

Paulina Rubio viajó a México para continuar la promoción de su recién lanzada producción discográfica, GRAN CITY POP, que debutó NUMERO UNO en ventas en ese país y ya alcanzo disco de ORO.

Paulina Rubio regresará a Estados Unidos el próximo 16 de julio donde tiene pautada una gran presentación para la gala de Premios Juventud a través de la cadena Univision a las 8pm. MIAMI, FL (July 13, 2009) – For the FIVE weeks, Paulina Rubio locks down the NUMBER ONE spot on Billboard magazine’s Hot Latin Songs in the United States and Puerto Rico with her hit single, “CAUSA Y EFECTO”, off her highly anticipated new album GRAN CITY POP.

Parallel to this, Paulina Rubio continues to hold the #1 spot on the Pop Sales chart for two consecutive weeks. Her first single, “Causa y Efecto” is NUMBER ONE for the fourth consecutive week on Billboard Magazine's Hot Latin Songs, while at the same time is #1 on the Latin Pop chart.

“CAUSA Y EFECTO”, is the first single off her new album, GRAN CITY POP which days after its release earned Platinum status for high sales in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Paulina Rubio traveled to Mexico in order to continue her Gran City Promotional tour with her album GRAN CITY POP, which debuted #1 on the country's sales charts and received a GOLD album.
