The Colombian star, Sebastián Yatra, premiered the official video for his new single “En Guerra,” with his colleague and Colombian artist, Camilo Echeverry. The single is part of his recently released album, Fantasía, which debuted # 1 on the Billboard Latin Pop charts. The song is about self-love and raises awareness against social domestic violence, while the video features people from different backgrounds who have an internal battle that questions their beauty standards. “En Guerra” has more than 1.7 million streams to date on Spotify.
As ambassador of the Pope Francis Scholas Foundation in Colombia, Yatra and those who helped compose “En Guerra,” which became the foundation’s official anthem worldwide, will donate a percentage of royalties to it. The mission of the Pope Francis Scholas Foundation is to generate change through education and use arts and sports as poetic means to build integrated and peaceful communities.
